Starting January, I am going 80/20 paleo and am so pumped. I am going to spend the rest of the month prepping, get recipes together, and tracking calories to see just how bad I’m eating.
And, y’know, getting through the holiday treat fest with tons of food.
So this blog will turn into my fitness/paleo/inspiration/creative blog. I hope to post more about how I’m finding myself again through running, reading, and relaxing, and how to be a normal chick who will definitely struggle with paleo.
